 How does it work?

  • Step 1: Prepare the container

    Pour the candle pearls into a fire proof container

  • Step 2: Insert the wick

    Place the wick into the pearls, leaving about 1/4" of the wick sticking out

  • Step 3: Light the candle

    Light your MoonGlow candle and enjoy the glow!

Pro-Tip: To reduce wastage, you can break the hardened wax into pieces and mix it with new pearls, then add a fresh wick and light it again

FAQ

1. What are the ingredients?

Our pearled candles are made from plant-based, vegan, and non-toxic materials made of palm wax. The fragrances are also free from harmful chemicals known as phthalates.

2. Are they scented?

Yes! Check out our collection for all the scent options. Please note that the fragrance from pearl candles are crafted to offer mild to medium fragrance due to the air pockets in the "granules" but it will still fill your room with a lovely aroma without being overpowering!

3. Are wicks included?

Yes! Every purchase comes with a set of wicks. Each 2 inches wick will burn for 10-12 hours approximately, we offer a generous amount of wicks which will provide ample amount of burn time.

4. How long do they burn?

For your reference, our Mini pack (200g) burns for approximately 22 - 24 hours, while our Mega pack (450g) offers approximately 50 hours of burn time. Please note that actual burn times may vary depending on the environment and wick placement.

Note : Scented candles burn time varies from unscented ones because scientifically fragrance oil acts as an additional fuel source for the flame, hence the burn time will be lesser than the unscented ones.

5. What do I do to the leftover wax after the burn?

When you want to refresh the candle, gently blow out the flame and let it cool.

Once the wax has hardened, remove the wick with the hardened wax and toss it. Then, insert a new wick into the remaining pearls and you’re good to go!

Tip: To reduce wastage, you can break the hardened wax into pieces and mix it with new pearls or place it underneath a new layer of pearls, then add a fresh wick and light it again.

6. Are these candles suitable for any container?

When selecting a container for your Moonglow candle pearls, ensure it is fireproof and spacious enough to accommodate the melt pool. We recommend a container that is at least 4" wide. Suitable options include repurposed candle jars, ceramic or concrete cups, glass vases, or any cylindrical container. The possibilities are endless.
